My Blood Pressure is software for Windows that records, charts and prints reports of your blood pressure readings. My Blood Pressure can be used with any home blood pressure monitor machine, and works on all modern Windows computers.
What it does: - Reminds you to take a blood pressure reading. - Record and chart readings from your monitor. - Print a report for your doctor.
1. Reminders: It is easy to forget to regularly take blood pressure readings with your home monitoring machine. While you may start out enthusiastically, soon the novelty wears off and days or weeks pass before you take another reading.
My Blood Pressure runs in your computers "system tray" area and reminds you to take a blood pressure reading at a set time each day, or a number of times throughout the day.
2. Record and Chart Your Readings: Entering a reading into My Blood Pressure is quicker and easier than using paper and pen. My Blood Pressure automatically enters the current date and time and displays the numbers of your last reading. All you need to enter is your systolic (higher reading) and diastolic (lower reading). You can optionally enter a reading for your pulse and notes.
3. Printing a Report: My Blood Pressure can print a professional report containing a chart and table of your blood pressure history for your doctor. You can also email the report to your doctor, or save it to your hard drive.
