Ad Rage 2003 is a popup window killer like no other. It requires no configuring, yet can stop all popup windows. It uses a different logic from other popup killers. Instead of storing lists of known popups, Ad Rage compares the size of the Internet Explorer window you open, to the sizes of any other windows that open (i.e popups). It works perfectly well.
